I had 16 individual exhibitions and participated in over 60 collective exhibitions. I participated in the anti-communist opposition and during the martial law exhibited works with the Independent Culture Movement.
Works in public collections: National Museum in Krakow, Academy of Fine Arts, Krakow.
Works in private collections: Poland, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, USA, Canada.
I am fascinated by paintings with elements of surrealism and on the borderline of the grotesque. I often refer to history and current social and political events.
Does my sensitivity to the problems related to the fight against threats to freedom leave a mark on my works and even on the portraits I have painted recently?
Do they have a special expressive character in formal terms?
In terms of psychology, do they have any unusual features, unique expression?
Are they just a hommage to the heroes? ..
